Summer
in the Grove
The Debut of The GlenGrove Collection
Built with the soul of something that has always belonged here.
On the last remaining parcel of Torrance’s historic Hudson Dairy site, a rare development opportunity was met not with maximum density, but with maximum intention. AIA award-winning builder Jeff Widmann and Josh Casner — in collaboration with Howard Crabtree of 912 Architecture and Leila Bick Design — composed a collection defined by two Modern Ranch homes that bookend a central Traditional residence, a balanced streetscape that honors the established scale of the neighborhood while introducing a fresh, contemporary presence.
Join Kaminsky Real Estate Group for a summer evening in the grove — good food, cold drinks, and the doors thrown open — beneath the canopy of preserved mature trees.

17003 Haas
The boldest expression of the collection. A custom architectural trellis draws you toward a large-format Black Nickel porcelain entry wall, while smooth black stucco, metal plinths framing each window, and internal gutters give the facade a sculptural quality. Inside, 14-foot ceilings and a glass-wrapped atrium pour light into the family room, and a 60-inch passive-heat fireplace clad in fluted tile anchors the living room. The kitchen centers on a commanding island of Belmont Rialto walnut cabinetry with integrated Thermador appliances and a hand-troweled plaster hood. Four bedrooms — three ensuite upstairs, one on the lower level, a vaulted primary with private balcony, and a generous backyard shaded by a preserved mature tree.
17007 Haas
The warmest and most enduring expression of the vision. A covered front porch anchors the arrival, its porch swing placed to greet the morning sun. Inside, 14-foot vaulted ceilings fill the family room with airiness, and a 60-inch passive-heat fireplace finished in custom marble mosaic anchors the living room. The kitchen surrounds a commanding island of Belmont Rialto cabinetry in classic white, with a farmhouse sink, integrated Thermador appliances, and a hand-troweled plaster hood. Four bedrooms — three ensuite upstairs, one on the lower level, a vaulted primary with private balcony, and a walk-in shower finished in Venetian Calcutta marble.
17011 Haas
The second Modern Ranch of the collection, releasing soon. Like its counterpart at 17003, it carries the boldest of the architectural language — a sculptural facade of smooth black stucco and architectural metalwork, soaring ceilings, and a light-filled interior wrapped around the indoor-outdoor living that defines life in the grove. Belmont Rialto millwork, integrated Thermador appliances, ensuite bedrooms, and a private primary retreat. New construction built with the soul of something that has always belonged here.
The evening is hosted by the Kaminsky Real Estate Group | eXp Luxury — the team behind The GlenGrove Collection.
