Ed and his team were an excellent support to get us our first house in our dream neighborhood. They were more than willing and able to get us a tour for any house we wanted during our search. We decided to sell our home in Hermosa Beach at the end of July 2022. This was just as the market was slowing down. We met with Ed on August 2 and agreed to list our home for sale with him. At the time we told him we saw a house in El Segundo that we liked and he immediately contacted the listing agent for that property and got them to accept a contingency offer based on the sale of our home. We asked Ed to wait a week on listing our place so we had tour brokers open on August 12. Within two weeks we accepted an offer on our home and we’re able to secure the house we wanted in El Segundo. Throughout the process Ed and his staff was very helpful and always available with any questions. We had a very good experience with the Kaminsky Real Estate Group and I would strongly recommend Ed Kaminsky if you are thinking of selling or buying a home.

We had decided to go with another top realtor but a friend recommended we call Ed before making a final decision. Ed thought the other realtor was about $100K low on his suggested asking price. Even with the higher asking price, Ed expected offers to come in higher. We ended up at $78K over asking, so Ed brought us in close to $200K in additional revenue! Ed and his team are consummate pros - you owe it to yourself to at least speak with him. Thanks again, Ed!

Ed is a hard worker who found a buyer when our house wasn't even really for sale! We consulted him about price and timing of sale, as we are building a house elsewhere and weren't planning on moving quite yet.
