The Kaminsky Real Estate Group is a California real estate team. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the rights set out below. We do not charge you anything or provide a lesser level of service for exercising them.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
We use advertising and measurement technologies that pass online identifiers to third parties, including Meta and Google. Under California law that counts as selling or sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though we receive no money for it. You can switch it off for this browser:

Access, correction and deletion
To request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, emailek@itzsold.com or call 310.798.1277. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within 45 days, as California law requires. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
