Born and raised in a sales-driven family, Justin Dunham developed a deep passion for the real estate industry early on. With a mother in real estate and a father in timeshare, sales and client service were second nature. In 2012, Justin officially began his career in the industry with the Tom Ferry Organization, working with real estate professionals around the world to scale their businesses. Traveling alongside Tom Ferry and Bill Pipes, Justin gained firsthand experience in coaching, business development, and high-performance sales strategies.
Through the years, Justin has built and led successful teams, trained high-performing agents, and played a pivotal role in growing brokerages to industry-leading status. As a training manager overseeing multiple sales divisions and an in-house coach, he specialized in advanced communication, NLP, business development, systems enhancement, and scaling teams to new heights. After leaving Tom Ferry, Justin applied this expertise to lead a brokerage to #1 in the Southern California region, more than doubling both agent count and per-person production.
For the past three years, Justin has been a driving force at the Kaminsky Real Estate Group, focused on developing top-tier real estate professionals.
