Miguel Gurza is a Redondo Beach native and was enrolled in the Manhattan Beach school district where he attended Mira Costa High. He then went on to study History at the University of California, Santa Barbara and Loyola Marymount University where his curriculum focused on Los Angeles Real Estate Development. He consequently possesses an irreplaceable, first-hand knowledge of the South Bay’s myriad of highly coveted neighborhoods as well as its award winning, first class school districts.
